Terms of Service

1. Service Scope

SinoRouter provides business-focused AI software, including API access to supported models, usage metering, prepaid API credits, account tools, and integration support for supported text, image, and video workloads.

SinoRouter is not a financial service, remittance service, marketplace, crypto product, or unauthorized account or API key resale service.

2. Operating Entity

SinoRouter is operated by Aner-G Technology Limited.

3. Account and Access

• You are responsible for keeping account credentials and API keys secure.
• API keys must not be publicly shared, resold, abused, or used to bypass provider restrictions.
• We may suspend or limit access if we detect abuse, fraud, security risk, unlawful use, or payment failure.

4. API Credits and Billing

Customers may purchase prepaid API credits through the console. Credits are used for supported API calls, model tasks, gateway usage, usage metering, and related service charges shown in the console or pricing pages.

Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are not a stored-value facility, electronic money, gift card, investment, or remittance product. Taxes, payment processing fees, and regional payment method availability may vary.

5. Model Sources and Availability

SinoRouter may use self-hosted infrastructure, official provider APIs, and vetted service providers to deliver supported model requests. Model availability, pricing, rate limits, latency, and output behavior may change due to provider updates, maintenance, compliance review, or network conditions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SinoRouter for illegal activity, malicious automation, credential abuse, spam, malware, child sexual abuse material, explicit minor-related content, unauthorized surveillance, impersonation, unlawful deepfake activity, infringement of third-party rights, or any activity that violates applicable laws, provider policies, or platform rules.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide stable access and support, but no API service can guarantee uninterrupted availability. Customers should design production systems with retries, monitoring, and fallback behavior appropriate for their workload.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation rules for API credits are described in our Payment & Refund Rules. In general, consumed credits are non-refundable. Unused credits may be reviewed for refund where required by law or approved by our support team.
