Payment & Refund Rules

SinoRouter uses secure checkout partners to let business customers purchase prepaid API credits for model access and API gateway usage.

1. Payment Purpose

Online payments are collected for prepaid SinoRouter API credits. Credits are used for supported AI model API calls, image or video generation tasks, gateway access, usage metering, console operations, and related support services shown in the SinoRouter console.

Top up credits

Users choose a recharge amount in USD and continue to a secure checkout method available for their region.

Use API services

API calls deduct credits based on model, billing unit, usage volume, and applicable service fees.

View billing

The console shows credit balance, top-up records, usage cost, receipts, and support channels.

2. Operating Entity

SinoRouter is operated by Aner-G Technology Limited.

Company contact address: FLAT 1506, 15/F, CHEUNG FUNG COMMERCIAL BLDG, 21-25 CHEUNG SHA WAN ROAD, Sham Shui Po, Hong Kong.

3. Secure Checkout Flow

  • User logs in to the SinoRouter console.
  • User opens Top Up, selects or enters a USD recharge amount, and reviews the order summary.
  • User continues to an approved payment partner and selects an available card, wallet, online banking, or regional payment method.
  • After successful payment confirmation, credits are added to the user's SinoRouter balance.
  • Receipts and transaction references are shown in the Billing page or provided by support if confirmation is delayed.

4. Refund Rules

  • Consumed API credits, completed model calls, completed generation tasks, and payment processing fees are not refundable.
  • Unused credits may be reviewed for refund if required by law, caused by duplicate payment, payment error, or approved account closure.
  • Refunds, if approved, are normally returned to the original payment method and may take additional processing time depending on the payment partner.
  • We may decline refund requests related to abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, violation of acceptable use rules, or completed service consumption.

5. Cancellation and Expiry

  • Self-serve credits are prepaid and do not create a subscription unless a separate recurring plan or enterprise agreement is selected.
  • Customers can stop using the service at any time by disabling API keys and not purchasing additional credits.
  • Standard prepaid credits remain valid for 12 months from purchase unless otherwise required by law or stated in a signed enterprise agreement.
  • Promotional, test, bonus, or manually issued credits may have different expiry or refund rules shown in the console or agreement.

6. Credit Restrictions

API credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be resold, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may only be used for supported SinoRouter services. Credits are not a stored-value facility, electronic money, gift card, investment, or remittance product.

7. Payment Support

If payment fails, remains pending, or is duplicated, users should avoid repeated payment attempts and contact support@sinorouter.ai with the payment reference, amount, date, and account email.
